According to the new announcement, Train Number 01004 will travel from Madgaon Junction to Lokmanya Tilak Terminus in Mumbai. This train is set to depart on February 11, 2026, in the late afternoon and will reach Mumbai early the next morning. For the return journey, Train Number 01003 will leave Mumbai on February 12, 2026, in the morning and arrive at Madgaon by night. These extra trips were added because the earlier special trains on February 7, 8, 9, and 10 were completely full due to high demand.
The authorities have ensured that these trains stop at many important stations so that more people can benefit from the service. The trains will halt at major locations like Thane, Panvel, Roha, Chiplun, Ratnagiri, Kankavali, and Kudal. Specifically, the Kudal and Sindhudurg stations are very important for those going to Anganewadi village. These trains are equipped with many sleeper coaches to provide a comfortable overnight journey for families and elderly travelers.
